A great alternative to traditional coleslaw.

Ingredients

1/2 small red cabbage

1 small carrot

1 small clove garlic

Handful of sultanas

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

1. Peel and grate the carrot.

2. Thinly slice the red cabbage.

3. Dice the garlic clove.

4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

5. Stir in the mayonnaise and season to taste.
