Simple, but delicious starter. A kind of easy cheesy fondu.
Buy a whole Camembert – reckon on one between two people to share.
Make sure it is wrapped in baking paper not the plastic backed stuff.
Pop it in the oven and bake on 180 degrees celcius for about 15 minutes or until the middle is soft and runny.
Serve with toasted bread.
