A three step recipe that takes about 5 minutes to make. Amazing with fish or as a dip with crudites.

Ingredients

2 cups of frozen peas
1 clove garlic
2 sprigs of fresh mint
salt and pepper

Method

1. Crush the garlic into a pan with olive oil and fry gently until soft and brown.

2. Cook your peas.

3. Add the peas, garlic, salt and pepper to a food blender and blend.
