This take less than 30 minutes to prepare, 10 minutes to cook - and 2 minutes to eat!

Ingredients

55g Basmati Rice
150ml double cream
150ml milk
2tbsp caster suger
3 slices of fresh pineapple
2 tbsp honey

Method

1. Pre-heat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4.

2. Put the rice, milk, cream and sugar into a pan and bring to the boil.

3. Pour the rice mixture into a gratin dish. Arrange pineapple on the top and drizzle over honey.

4. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

5. Serve immediately.
