Like fast cars and sunglasses, this is an Italian classic, ingeniously combining coffee and dessert in one.

Ingredients

vanilla ice cream
freshly brewed espresso coffee
flaked almonds

Method

1.Roll the ice cream into bowls.

2.Cover with hot, freshly brewed coffee.

3.Sprinkle with almonds.
