This is an every day recipe in our house - chuck it all in and wake up believing you're living with gorgeous French baker Gontran Cherrier.

Ingredients

1 tbsp of yeast

500g spelt flour

1 tbsp sugar

25g butter

1 1/2 tbsp milk powder

1 1/2 tsp salt

350ml water

Method

Add all the ingredients together in the bread maker and follow your machine's instructions.
