It's quicker to mix and cook this than to nip down to your local shop and buy a loaf!

Ingredients

250g spelt flour
150ml warm water
pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of olive oil

Method

1.Sieve the flour into a bowl

2. Add the salt

3. Add the oil to the water

4. Slowly pour the water into the flour mixing at the same time.

5. Bring together the mixture in the bowl using your hands.

6. Flour your chopping board and knead the bread for 5 minutes.

7. Leave to sit for 15 minutes covered over with an upturned bowl.

8. Break into 8 small balls of dough.

9. Use a rolling pin to roll out flat.

10. Dry fry using frying pan. Cook each side for a couple of minutes or until it starts to bubble and brown.
