Jamie Oliver ventures across the pond to the fast food nation.

Travelling to Huntington, West Virginia, the most unhealthiest state in America, Jamie meets obese members of the community. We hear about Britney, 16, who has been given 6 years to live because she is so obese. She is the third generation in her family that haven’t been taught to cook.

Who’s to blame? Jamie lays out his argument for how this has happened and what we can do about it.
